. Sustainability

Environment.

Climate, energy and resource stewardship. Designed into every project at the brief, not retrofitted at delivery.

The brief

The Gulf asks more of the brief.

Designing in the Eastern Province means designing against heat, against humidity, and against the easy temptation of imported templates. Climate-honest buildings start with the orientation of the threshold, the depth of the shading, the thermal mass of the wall. Choices made long before any certification is sought.

Sustainability for us is therefore design discipline first. Reporting and certification are the audits that confirm what the brief has already enforced.

The commitments

What we hold ourselves to.

01

Climate-honest design.

Every project is designed for the climate it sits in. Passive shading, mass thermal walls, glazing tuned to orientation. The first carbon saving is the one never compensated for.

02

Embodied carbon.

Material specification is reviewed against embodied carbon thresholds at brief stage. Concrete mixes are optimised. Steel, where used, prioritises Saudi origin and recycled content.

03

Water and waste.

Greywater capture, drip only landscape and waste stream segregation are designed in at podium level, not added at the end. The numbers are reported annually.
