A note before we begin
Buying a residence is, at its best, a quiet experience. Our process is designed for owners who would rather have one named contact than a marketing engine — and for whom the answer to the next question always comes from the same person.
What follows is the path most buyers travel. Each stage is held at your pace; none of it is hurried; all of it is bilingual where you need it to be.
The path
An initial meeting — in person at Al Khobar, virtually, or in Cairo or London where we operate — to understand the brief, the timing, and the lifestyle the residence is being chosen to serve.
An invitation to walk the project. We arrange the visit, the route through the building, the technical briefing, and any introductions to the design and operator teams.
A modest reservation deposit holds the residence while title, financing and any cross-border considerations are reviewed by your advisors. We hold the keys until you are ready.
Bilingual contracts (Arabic and English) drawn from Saudi law. Cross-border buyers receive an introduction to the local advisors most often used by international owners of our residences.
A full personal walkthrough. Snagging, furnishing partners, and an introduction to the Adeer concierge desk that will hold your relationship from this day onward.
Practical notes
Saudi Arabia now permits foreign ownership of property in defined zones, including across much of the Eastern Province. We handle every step on our owners' behalf.
Selected Saudi and international banks offer financing for our residences. We are happy to introduce you to the partners most familiar with the projects.
Beyond the contract, our concierge can help with relocation logistics — schooling, banking, residency, and the practical disciplines of arriving in the Kingdom.
