A residence is only as good as its tenth year. Our after-sales programme exists to make sure that year arrives as the first one did.

The brief

Care, measured in decades.

After-sales at Sumou is the longest continuation of the brief that began the project. We do not view handover as the end of a relationship. It is the moment that relationship becomes real, and the moment our work has to prove it.

Owners receive a single concierge contact for the life of the residence. Maintenance is anticipated, not requested. The standards of the building are the standards of the owner's life inside it.

What we promise.

Decade horizon.

Care commitments are written over years, not warranty windows. We maintain the same quality of finish, fit and function a decade after handover as on the day the keys were exchanged.

One concierge.

Owners speak to a single named contact. Every request, from a structural query to a private florist for a dinner. Moves through the same desk.

Quiet maintenance.

Service visits happen on the owner's calendar, not ours. The work is unannounced. The result is a home that quietly continues to feel new.
