The first step outside the Kingdom.

Sumou Blvd is the first SGI development beyond the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The brief travels with us: a mixed-use quarter built around its public realm, with retail, workplace and residence arranged along one civic street rather than stacked into a single tower.

The detailing answers to Cairo — its climate, its scale, the rhythm of a city that has lived for centuries. The standard is the standard of the rest of the portfolio.
